À Huis Clos is a red wine produced at the estate by Clos d'Elle by the Bousquet family in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. A typical expression of the Grés de Montpellier terroir, shaped by the surrounding garrigue and hillside clay-limestone soils. Ageing 12 months in oak barrels, enhancing the wine’s richness and aromatic complexity. This cuvée is the flagship expression of the estate’s winemaking expertise, crafted from grapes grown in their finest vineyard plots. Cultivated in Organic Agriculture.

Grapes Varieties: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet red. Nose: Expressive aromas of black pepper, blackberry and a hint of liquorice. Palate: Full-bodied, warm and silky, with firm, mouthwatering tannins. A generous, fruit-forward wine that beautifully balances richness and spice.
