Place your order in on this website with the following steps: 1) Choose your products and quantities 2) Click on the cart/checkout icon or button 3) Provide your contact, delivery and billing information 4) Indicate any special request (which are subjected to availability and terms of service)

Prices displayed on this website are nett, according to the volume indicated in millimetre (ml). There is no additional Goods and Services Tax (GST) at checkout.

An invoice will be sent via email for each order.

FABB Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the selection of products at any time. All products are subject to change without notice. Additional information on products such as availability of vintages and cuvées can be requested by contacting us.

All products ordered shall remain as the property of Fabb Pte. Ltd. until payment is received in full.

In the event that one or several products ordered become unavailable, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

For Standard Delivery, orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. However, orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Delivery time may vary depending on destination and the courier service provider. For unforeseeable circumstances such as bad weather, the courier may not be able to guarantee a delivery time frame.

Each order can only be sent to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, you will need to create separate order(s).

In the event that one or several products ordered become unavailable, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

We do not offer international shipping or deliveries outside of Singapore. For special requests, please contact us.

If you missed your delivery, please contact us via Whatsapp and we will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.

Fabb Pte. Ltd. has the right to charge for re-deliveries for orders with incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

In the unlikely event that a product would be considered faulty, please contact us within 24 hours for our examination. There will be no exchanges or refunds after 24 hours. We will replace or issue a refund with exceptions such as; items retailed at SGD150 and above, wines older than 10 years, corked wines that have been in the customer’s possession for 30 days or more (subject to a case-by-case evaluation).

Fabb Pte. Ltd. does not sell and deliver alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. By entering this site, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol in Singapore.
