Tasting Notes
Ruby in color with violet hues, this wine opens with expressive aromas of red and black fruits, including blueberry, licorice, and fresh berry notes. On the palate, it begins soft and juicy, developing into a rich, full-bodied structure. Layers of toasted cinnamon, clove, cranberry, and subtle oak add depth and complexity. The finish is long, balanced, and gently spiced, with a harmonious blend of fruit and oak influence.
Food Pairing
Excellent with beef, lamb, roast duck, roast pigeon, roast pork, veal, duck confit, chicken, game meats, mushroom dishes, pasta, pizza, risotto, tomato-based pasta, charcuterie, and a variety of cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with rich dishes such as beef Wellington and tournedos Rossini, as well as chocolate-based cuisine.
