Tasting Notes:
A deep garnet colour with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, pepper and liquorice which evolves into plum and leather. The palate is juicy and generous with elegant tannins. Over time, the wine will develop a complex flavour of cherry clafoutis.

Château de la Gardine is a family-run vineyard making wines in Southern Rhône Valley since 1670. Their wines bottles take the form of an old hand-blown flask – one of the first to have been used in Châteauneuf-du-Pape to bottle wines in history.
