An intense, fresh, fruity and gourmand Champagne

A family history linking four generations of winegrowers passionate for champagne which brings with it a culture of respect for the land, inseparable from emotion, pleasure and sharing. The land dotted through different regions of Champagne: Côte des Blancs and Sézannais); Sézannais, Épernay and Aube and 8% Pinot Meunier (Ardre Valley). These discrete terrains and their soils, now classified as World Heritage sites by UNESCO, enable  to vinify three Champagne grape varieties. This diversity of soil and climate is the secret to the rich aromatic notes of champagnes.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot noir 

Tasting Notes: The nose is very fruity, revealing intense aromas of grenadine, redcurrant, and floral notes, with hints of almond and honey.
The palate opens with a soft and silky attack, followed by a subtly structured texture that brings
freshness and balance. Spicy notes elegantly support the red fruit character. The round, delicate
bubbles lead to a juicy, refreshing finish.
