7 Engenhos is a cachaça made in the north coast of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, produced by the same family for 400 years.

Using its own raw material, its sugarcane is produced without any chemical component. With an organic production and in total harmony with the environment where the by-products are all reused, 7 Engenhos prides itself on maintaining a perfect cycle of sustainability.

Tasting Notes:
Aged in American Oak barrels for 18 months, this cachaça brings a sensorial complexity of mixed aromas of vanilla and spices. It has a soft, silky taste, revealing a new face of its personality at each time. The aftertaste is full of delicate fruit touches and a hint of coconut.
