Tasting Notes
Bright golden in color, this wine opens with delicate floral aromas reminiscent of spring buds and elderflower. On the palate, it is precise and expressive, combining a slightly fleshy texture with savory undertones and refreshing minerality. The finish is elegant and lingering, marked by a distinctive pink pomelo nuance.
