Tasting Notes:
With a bright gold colour, this wine begins with delicate floral notes, spring buds and elderberry flower, followed by aromas of cardamom and citrus such as kumquat and candied orange peels. The palate is precise; savoury, a bit fleshy and a has pleasant minerality, finishing with a taste of pink pomelo.

Through their love, Eliette and Patrice brought their parents' vineyards together to establish Domaine la Vivarelle. And with their daughter, Audrey (agronomist and oenologist), this family continues to produce wine of Languedoc roots entirely by hand.
