Bursting with black berries, spice, oak and cedar wood on the nose; the fruity notes is given elegance by its balanced acidity and spice. The texture is rich and generous with soft tannins that finishes with freshness and lingers with ripe fruit.

Château de Valois dates back to 1862 when the original vineyards of Château Figeac were restructured. To preserve the authenticity of Pomerol terroir, Frederic Leydet practices organic agriculture, hand-harvesting, maturation in oak barrels for 15 months and aging on lees without racking.
